COVID-19 Viewing Procedures

During this time of uncertainty, as a professional I am taking the utmost care with clients both as Buyers and protecting the safety and integrity of Sellers' homes.  I ensure that any Buyers currently looking to view homes have been not been exposed to individuals known to have the virus within the last 14 days, have not recently re-entered the country within the last 14 days, are not experiencing any symtpoms of the virus and are in a reasonable position to purchase a property. I wear a washable, reuseable mask for all showings, ensure that gloves are worn in all interiors and that my hands are the only ones that make contact with surfaces, doors, and light switches in Sellers' homes. My hands are sanitized before and after every showing, and a fresh mask is used for every client. All of my listings have a 3D virtual tour which allows potential Buyers to view the home without putting Sellers' at risk prior to viewing in person.
