Laura Jennifer Leppard is an outgoing, friendly, communication oriented Realtor™. Winner of the Director's Platinum Award in 2019, Laura is passionate about real estate and will work diligently to find out your specific needs and tailor the home buying or selling experience (or both!) specifically to you! A member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, the British Columbia Real Estate Association and the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, as well as a proud supporter of Daschund and Friends Rescue Team, Laura Leppard has all of the most up to date knowledge and skills to make your home buying/selling dreams a reality and a very fun and not stressful experience.  Laura is also the Filming Coordinator for the Cowichan Valley since 2017. Laura Leppard relocated to the Cowichan Valley from Vancouver in 2011 with her husband, Paul Russell, who works in the Film Industry on Vancouver Island, their 3 small dogs Iggy, Herb and Fawnzie (who are currently unemployed) and their '57 Chevy. Previously Laura had over 10 years of experience in event and hospitality management orchestrating everything from Arnold Schwarzenegger's Eco-Green Trade Mission to Canada, Renewal of the Jewel Gala for Stanley Park,  Elvis Costello's birthday party and many hundreds of weddings, milestone parties and corporate events.  Laura is also the published author of a children's book and has a background in Fine Art
